SPF contributions

Please note this tab is only available when the project has been generated under an SPF type of Call, see alsoCalls for Small project funds (SPF)

For SPF projects, whilst management cost are reported via partner certificates, there will be a dedicated tab to additionally enter SPF contributions in project reports of type Financial or Both. Here the actual amount of funds and contributions can be entered, as it is calculated for the Small projects included in this report.

Funds and contributions stem from tab “Co-financing SPF” (see Co-financing) in the AF Version which is linked to the project report.

In reach report by an SPF beneficiary to MA including Small projects, shares of funds and contributions differ from the split indicated in the Application form (Co-financing SPF). Therefore, the correct amounts for each financing source can be declared in each project report individually. Amounts indicated in this tab will add up to the total sum to be paid out to SPF beneficiary.
