Programme setup

After Jems is set up and running and before the first call is opened, the programme data need to be entered in the programme setup. The programme setup requires you to fill in the programme data based on the Template for Interreg Programmes, as laid down in the Annex of the Interreg Regulation. Additionally, general settings and options that shall be made available for all calls are to be inserted in the programme setup. The programme setup can be filled in by a privileged user.

Restricted editing of programme setup after the first call is published

After the first call is published, the editing of the programme setup is restricted in order to avoid loss of data in application forms. Any changes in the programme setup will be directly reflected in the available call options and in the application form options. Therefore, the system does not allow you to remove items inserted in the programme setup after the first call is published, but it allows you to add items (e.g. add Specific Objectives, legal status, or SCOs).

The system allows changes in the description of existing items, however, these changes will directly affect all calls and all application forms where the item is selected (e.g. changes in the “Name of the unit cost” will be directly seen in the application forms making use of that unit cost item).

Please ensure that all sections of the programme setup are completed before the first call is published. Some sections of the programme setup will be frozen after the first call has been published. Therefore, it is recommended to go through the programme setup step-by-step.
