Basic data
Basic programme data are taken from the first page of the Interreg Programme Template and consist of CCI, Title, Version, First year, Last year, Eligibility period, Commission decision number and Commission decision date. The basic programme data shall be updated with each Programme amendment. The latest Programme amending decision number and Programme amending decision entry into force date shall be added/updated accordingly.
Composition of Project ID
The basic programme data section allows you to define the composition of the project ID for all projects created in your Jems installation. The project ID may consist of the following elements:
Programme abbreviation | optional, max. 12 characters (incl. special characters) |
Call ID | optional, 2-digit call ID automatically generated for each call |
5-digit number | automatically generated, unique for each project in a Jems installation |
As long as the “Programme abbreviation” and the “Call ID” are empty, the project ID will consist only of the automatically generated 5-digit number.
If you fill in/change these fields after the first application form has been created in your Jems installation, existing project IDs will remain as they were defined, and the new composition of the project ID will apply only to newly created application forms.
