Payments

This is a programme section consisting of the following sub-section:

1. Payments to projects - where programme users can fill in payment details and

2. Advance payments - where programme users can create advance payments and fill in their related details.

3. Payment applications to EC - where programme user can create Payment applications to EC

4. Accounts - where programmes can do accounts for each accounting year

The Payments section is always hidden for applicants and can be set to hide/view/edit for monitor/programme users.
