The Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems) is developed by Interact and is available for all Interreg programmes to use on a free-licence basis. It uses Harmonised Implementation Tools (HIT) and agreed best practice.
This manual contains information originally produced by the Interact Programme. However, as Jems is locally hosted and customisable, questions on the operation of an individual Jems instance should be directed to the license holder – normally the programme you are applying for.
