Contracting

General purpose

A project can be set from status Approved to status Contracted when the right conditions are fulfilled. Also, partner organisations and control institutions are usually added during the Contracting Phase. For more info on creation of partner organisation see Project privileges and for Control institutions see Controllers.

In regards to audit log, field changes in the contracting section are only logged after the project is set to the status Contracted. In the status Approved no audit log is kept as filling in the fields would lead to a huge audit log. After contracted the logs are always made with “original value” changed to “new value”.

Data has been made available to the plugin so that required contracting templates can be created under the Export section in the project.
