Exports for AF
This feature allows to export project data for further proceeding outside the system.
The Export functionality can be found in the side navigation of a project application below the Application Form:
In Dropdown “Export Plugin”, the respective type of export can be selected.
Export settings
The Export functionality allows to select different settings for each export of the Application form or Partner budget:
Project version: Allows to select a version of the application form from which the data shall be exported
Export language: Allows to select a System language (see Languages ). All application form headers and field labels (Application form questions, table headers, certain pre-defined dropdown items etc.) are exported in the selected export language.
The translations for the export languages are mainly taken from the Application translation file uploaded in the Translation management of the programme setup. The export in the different export languages only works, if a respective translation file for the selected languages was uploaded.
Plugins also contain translation files (root of the jar file) for specific content of the plugin which is not found in the Application translation file.
Input language: Allows to select an input language (see Languages ). All application form input fields (input data) are exported in the selected input language.
Export files
When clicking on “Export”, the selected export file is downloaded. Depending on your settings, the file might be automatically saved in the folder “Downloads” on your computer.
Plugins
Jems comes with 2 default plugins:
APPLICATION FORM: Exports the Application Form sections A, B and C as a pdf (not including detailed Partner budget tables)
PARTNER BUDGET: Exports the Project Budget tables from section D (first tab) and the Partner Budget tables from section B (second tab) as a xlsx
The pre-defined export template for the Application Form pdf and the Partners budget .xlsx responds to the Application form configuration and Budget settings of the Call, meaning that only the active fields and budget options are displayed in the export file.
Additional plugins shall be developed by programmes. For further information see section Code development.
Please note this section is dedicated to exports of data for a particular project, here can be added e.g. a template for subsidy contract or partnership agreement, which after signature can be uploaded to contracting section Contracts and agreements.
SPF: For applications of type Small project funds please note that costs of small project funds part are not yet included in the Partner budget export.
