Shared folder

In the section Shared folder, the programme users and applicants can share documents with descriptions. This section can be used to request or clarify anything related to the project that is not part of any other section. Documents in Shared folder can relate to Notifications, e.g. contain the list of conditions in the event of an approval with conditions. The section Shared folder is available in an application form from the status “Submitted” onwards.

Access to the Shared folder

The section can be made available for project users, who are added as application form users / Project managers or as a partner user in the project privileges. They need to have a role with the privilege “Allow user to create/collaborate in projects” - “Application form” - “Shared folder” set to view or edit. Project users with edit right can upload documents in the Shared folder and edit the description. However, they have no permission to delete documents.

Programme users who can monitor projects need the privilege “Allow user to monitor project” - “Application form” - “Shared folder” set to view or edit. Programme users with edit right can upload documents in the Shared folder and edit the description.

Only programme users have the right to delete uploaded documents in this section
