Calls for Small project funds (SPF)

Jems provides a specific type of Calls for applications for Small project funds according Art. 25 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1059 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Common provisions regulation). They can be created by clicking button “+ Add SPF call”. The difference to standard calls in Jems is as follows:

• Application form configuration is adapted to the HIT application form template for SPF.

  

• Pre-submission check settings: The default pre-submission check applies for both standard and SPF call types. The plugin automatically detects the type of call, the relevant checks will be performed accordingly.

This feature covers the Small project funds only. The monitoring of small projects underneath the funds shall be done independently by the SPF beneficiary, in a separate monitoring system. SPF beneficiaries are free to chose Jems or any other system/tool for this purpose.
