Activities

Activities and deliverables within the concerned work package should be listed here.

Activities have a title and a description. Further they have a start and an end period. These dropdown fields are based on the number of periods defined in A- Project Identification.

Activities have a running number, starting with the work package number, followed by a running number.

A maximum of 20 Activities can be created under 1 work package.

Partner(s) involved is a field only relevant for State aid. It allows to link the partners created in the Partners overview to the activities created.

Deliverables

Under each Activity, one or more Deliverables can be created.

Deliverables have a running number starting with the letter “D”, followed by the activity number and an additional running number.

A maximum of 20 Deliverables can be created under 1 Activity.
