A.3 Project budget overview

Table A.3 displays the project budget per fund including the contribution. Its purpose is to provide a clear budget overview in section A. All pre-defined EU funds are added to the Total EU funds. All other funds are added to the total as per image below.

When in the call settings the multiple funds per partner option is ticked this table is automatically hidden.

SPF: For SPF type applications, the table A.3 is split into a section for Small project fund and a section for Management costs.

A.4 Project outputs and result overview

In the programme setup, programmes can link Output indicators to result indicators. This overview table shows the link between output and results in the Application Form. The outputs of a project lead to certain results and this is what this table aims to show.

1. Linking indicators is optional so if there is no link provided, the row is shown as the last one of the image above, having blanks.

2. Baselines can be lowered by Applicants (in C.5 Project Results ), therefore if the same indicator is chosen multiple times and the baseline differs, the baseline is duplicated as shown in the image above (because average would be less accurate then showing both values)
