D3 Project budget /Period

Both Tables in section D3 are related to budget per period.

If there are no periods switched on in the call configurator this entire section is automatically hidden.

D.3.1 Project budget - overview per partner / per period

This table indicates the budget per partner per period. If the partner budget is not completely assigned to the periods per cost category, the non-assigned budget is automatically added to the last period. Rounding differences are added to the last reporting period.

SPF: For SPF projects, this table has 2 rows: one row for SPF and one row for management costs.

D.3.2 Project budget - overview per fund / period

This table includes funds per period. This table does not give a total budget picture as partner contributions are not included.

SPF: For SPF type applications, table D.3.2 shows breakdowns of funds per period for Small project fund and Management costs separately.
