Control report - control identification

In the control identification tab, controllers can see pre-filled partner progress report info and can fill in basic identification information about the control work according to the HIT template for the Control report:

• format of supporting document

• type of partner report

• designated partner report controller - the controller name filled in here will automatically be imported in the Control report PDF generated in the Control report - Overview and Finalize tab

• general methodology used for the control, including dates and basic information on the on-the-spot verification

  

• risk based verification general description

No input field is by default mandatory in this tab. However, the default pre-submission check provided with Jems requires for a controller to be selected.

Programmes can potentially extend/build own pre-submission checks and make some of the fields mandatory.
