3. Financial Correction - impact at project level

In this section the user with edit rights can identify what the impact of the correction is towards the project.

This section has only two fields but the choice of the dropdown will have an impact in other sections of the system.

Impact type:

There are 5 options available with three different types of consequences.

When selecting:

• “N/A” OR “N/A - Repayment by National Authority”

  • The correction has no impact at project level or is dealt with outside of Jems.

• “Repayment by project” OR “Adjustment in next payment”

  • The correction can be added to an installment in the payment to project section (for more details how see: Payments to projects )

• “Budget reduction (e.g. flat correction)”

  • The correction can be added to a project modification (for more details how see: Modification of the Application form )
