Summary of Payment application to EC
In the Summary tab of the Payment application to EC there is the possibility to add Other details and to see summary tables.
Other details
This section includes various input fields that remain editable, even if the Payment application to EC is finished, as some of this information will be only available, once the data have been submitted to the EC via SFC, like the Technical assistance (amount in EUR), SFC no. etc.
Summary tables
The summary tables sum up the amounts from all other tabs of the Payment application to EC.
The tables shows the following amounts:
Total eligible expenditure: This column sums up the “Total eligible” of the Fast Track Lump Sums, Project Reports and Corrections selected in other tabs related to operations not falling under Article 94/95 per Priority axis.
Total Union contribution: This column sums up the “Total eligible” of the Fast Track Lump Sums, Project Reports and Corrections selected in other tabs related to operations falling under Article 94/95 per Priority axis.
Total public contribution: This column sums up the “Fund amount” and public contributions listed in the columns “of which public” and “of which auto public” of the Fast Track Lump Sums, Project Reports and Corrections selected in other tabs per Priority axis.
The “Payment application to EC summary [current]” is the table summing up the amounts of the current Payment application to EC, namely the amounts that shall be requested from the EC according to the template for Payment applications to EC.
The “Payment application to EC summary [cumulative]” is the table summing up the amounts of the current Payment application to EC and all previous Finalized Payment applications to EC from the same fund and accounting year upon creation of the payment application (similar as overview tables work for the Partner reports).
