Users with system privilege Payment application to EC have access to top bar navigation Payments menu and can navigate to Payment application to EC.
User roles with Edit right have the privilege to create Payment applications to EC, add Fast Track Lump Sums and Reports, as well as Corrections and close Payment applications to EC.
User roles with View right have the privilege to see the section and all data contained.
