Deviations from HIT - Project Reporting
Project report was split over several tabs to improve the user experience:
Project report identification
Covers section A1 to A5 in the hit template plus some additional information to identify the report such as report number, partner name, link to period and report type.
This section also covers the text fields where deviations have to be explained from the Excel table B Project progress reports.
Work plan progress
Covers A6 with the same deviations as in the AF since this section mainly represents the structure of the AF.
Project results & Horizontal principles
Covers A6 and A7
List of partner certificates
Is not covered in the template but is a technical page to include partner expenditures into the project report
Financial overview
Covers the entire HIT excel table B Project progress report (except for the text input fields) where deviations were done in a same manner as the AF budget section to have a clear representation of the AF tables in the financial overview.
Optional fields cannot be switched off for the Project report in particular. The Report is simply dependent on the AF. Whatever is not in the AF (e.g. deliverables or investments) shall also not be represented in the project report of that project.
