Deviations from HIT - Partner Reporting

Similar as for other parts the reporting template was split over several tabs in order to improve the user experience.

Workplan

Outputs and deliverables: The Evidence attached to the report tick box is not implemented. Instead the evidence can be directly uploaded and is visible next to the item. Therefore there the tick box becomes redundant.

List of expenditures

In the list of expenditures:

  • The identification fields in the excel tab are integrated in the report identification tab since finance and content are not split at partner level.

  • The unit costs and lump sums are added as an option in the first column of the item creation

  • Both a comment and a description field are added to each row.

  • The list of expenditures is one list and not a list per cost category. The cost categories are chosen in the row.

  • Flat rates are not shown in the list of expenditure but only show up in the overview tables to reduce the number of times the flat rate is rounded.

Overview tables

From the overview tables:

  • the spending profile was moved to the Partner report identification tab. The overview tables section has no input fields and the deviations are discussed in the report identification.

  • the follow-up of contributions was moved to a separate tab Follow-up of contribution as it contains input fields.

  • in the overview table per cost category a separate column was added to show the flat rate % if the cost category is flat rate instead of adding it directly to the label.
