Control report was split over several tabs to improve the user experience:

HIT optional fields are displayed by default: partner report number, Report date, the format of documents, partner role, controller reviewer, the focus of on-the-spot verification

Status after control is finalised is “certified” instead of “verified” as status “verified” is going to be used for JS/MA verifications (see controllers' dashboard with different statuses, e.g., “submitted”, “in progress”, etc.
