Close accounts
The tab Close accounts allows to close the annual accounts for a specific fund and a specific accounting year.
The accounts of a specific fund and accounting year can only be closed, if all Payment applications to EC for that fund and accounting year are finalised.
Once the accounts for a specific fund and accounting year are closed, for that fund and accounting year no new Payment application to EC can be created and no finalised Payment application to EC can be set back to draft.
Set back to draft
Once the accounts of that fund and accounting year are closed, the accounts have the status “Finalized” no changes can be made in any of the tabs. The accounts can be set back to “Draft” with a button on top of the accounts tabs.
