The Core group originally preferred localisation adaptation, but after discussion with the development team, we decided on the most widely used fixed format since this reduces complexity and cost of development. |

In the case of exported data, will the data be exported in number format without thousand separators, and formatting be done in the importing system? |
Export of data from Jems, e.g. into excel or SFC, will be in raw format. The financial group formulated this as a requirement. |

Specification of reports follows the scope of implementation and programme workflow. Basic exports of project data are provided in Jems. Individual exports can be easily added via Jems plugin interface and can be shared between programmes (Instructions how and where to share can be found on community forum: HOW to share Jems developments? - Joint developments Forum - Jems User group (interact-eu.net). |

Electronic signature |

Do you plan the integration of electronic signatures in Jems, thus allowing a complete paperless work process? If electronic signature will be introduced, which level will be used? |
Jems team has already kick-off the e-signature analysis. It is foreseen the introduction of eID functionality in Jems is the next milestone. If there is still time and capacity, the e-signature approach may be further discussed. |

How can Accounting Authories trust the data filled in Jems without electronic Signatures? How checklists will be signed? How loading data will be signed? |
In overall, the existing joint monitoring system (eMS) programmes use the printing (paper) signature or 3rd party tool that signs (offline) files which are uploaded once again to the system. Interact aims to offer a more advanced solution for Jems. |
