Multilanguage feature |

One can select an input language, but the system language does not change to display the questions in the input language. It would be handy for users if there was a link, if the system language would change when selecting an input language.

The system language and the Application Form (AF) input language cannot be linked. The reason is that programmes are free to select different languages for the system and AF input. |

Priorities and specific objectives |

When we add a priority in the programme setup, after selecting the EC policy objective, it seems that not all but only a limited number of linked specific objectives appear (maybe the list is not complete/it seems there is some mistake in the list of specific objectives/policy objectives. |
The expected behaviour is that one specific objective can only be selected once under a priority/policy ojective. Once selected, it is not displayed anymore when creating a new priority. |

Configuring fields in the System |

Can we add/delete fields/sections/questions in the system? |
Jems implemented the HIT template. If fields are optional in HIT they can be switched off in the AF configurator per call. Fields are related to assessment criteria and may be used in further sections such as contracting and reporting. Deleting fields might break this logic and the system. In case of a 2-step Application Form, the step 1 application can be fully modified in the AF configurator as there was no agreement in HIT on the Step 1 template. Adding fields is not possible, but unused optional fields can be switched on in AF configurator and used for the purpose intended. |

Can we modify fields/sections questions in the system? |
Yes, this can be done via the translation management. We do however recommend to stay in line with the recommendations from HIT. |
