We decided on the most widely used fixed format since this reduces complexity and cost of development. |

Export of data from Jems, e.g. into excel or SFC, will be in raw format. The financial group formulated this as a requirement. |

Do you plan the integration of electronic signatures in Jems, thus allowing a complete paperless work process? If electronic signature will be introduced, which level will be used? |
The system complies with the Simple electronic signature standard as defined in Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 Art. 3(10). |

How can Accounting Authorities trust the data filled in Jems without electronic Signatures? How checklists will be signed? How loading data will be signed? |
In overall, the existing joint monitoring system (eMS) programmes use the printing (paper) signature or 3rd party tool that signs (offline) files which are uploaded once again to the system. Interact aims to offer a more advanced solution for Jems. |
