Default roles privileges configuration

A brand new installation of Jems comes with 3 default roles pre-configured (as shown in this page).
Updates on top of existing Jems installations will introduce new privileges as HIDE (or off) for all roles in the system (except 'administrator' role if it is found, cause it could have been renamed)
