This release focus on improving the security and longevity of Jems by updating Angular framework to v22
To ensure security compliance, we had to release update on time, which unfortunately introduces some temporary UX regressions across visual components (buttons, inputs, tables). We are already preparing minor updates to minimize the impact and fix these issues.

V15.0.3 Fixed bugs:
EU date format [MP2-5098]
V14 misconfigured Jems to represent dates in MM/DD/YYYY instead DD/MM/YYYY
Procurements assignments was restricted to 50 [MP2-5097]
While users could select any procurement in the UI dropdown, procurements beyond the 50th record (or with higher IDs) were silently reset to unassigned upon saving.
V15.0.2 Fixed bugs:
General visual issues found after angular updates [MP2-5056]
Data exports are slow after v14 update [MP2-5086]
Partner spending profile in project report previous reported [MP2-5058]
All values of each certificate that are not included in this exact report should be summed up in previously reported of each partner - This were not always happening.
Attach button disappeared from Control certificate [MP2-5084]
Angular update made button to not be visible.
Incorrect Partner Number in exported Partner Report [MP2-5032]
LoE export shows draft "Amount after verification" before PR status "Verified" [MP2-5037]
Columns were populated with amounts even if Project Report Verification was not in status “Verified” yet.
Deactivated outputs and results do not get the deactivation symbol in AF [MP2-5055]
Deactivated output/results did not get the visual indication that were currently deactivated.
Exports, Project and partner: "Paid" col shall only include paid by programme [MP2-5050]
The column “Total paid” sums up “Paid funds” together with “Contributions received”
Solution:
The column “Total paid” sum up only the “Paid funds” as in the Living tables and not the “Contributions received”
“Contributions received” were added as a separate column to the exports
Error when saving results data in project report [MP2-5083]
Jems would only allow to save data if data was input in all languages fields.
SWAGGER API URL does not work [MP2-5060]
API was always working but was not possible to reach the documentation webpage
Need to reload page on AF modification (deactivation of deliverable) [MP2-5082]
Data was saved but only shown after a manual reload of page.
Increase (input) limit of digits in procurements [MP2-5087]
Some non-EU currencies require large numbers and it's now possible to do it.
System Translation: Download button(s) missing [MP2-5085]
Controllers email (institution assignment) is case sensitive [MP2-5089]
When adding a user as Controller the email would not be found (if not copy exactly, respecting capital letters)
JPQL query with NULL values comparisons [MP2-5093]
For particular cases where database has no financial data, the system shall assume 0 (zero)
Error saving section “Describe progress achieved” in the Project results [MP2-5094]

Project report export shown date for PR status “Verification reopened” [MP2-5091]
The date from first Verification end date was displayed even if Verification was currently reopened
v15.0.1 Fixed bugs:
AF - Workpackage - Activities and Deliverables cannot be saved [5057]
Jems V14 introduced the bug that impeded the properly update of activities and deliverables. When the user tries to add or update the AF with a new Activity or Deliverable, the system displays an error message, and the user is no longer able to enter text in the Deliverable title or Description fields.
Programme setup - State aid was not editable [5062]
'Save' button not active upon edited content.
Contract monitoring - Date of last payment update fails [5063]
System shows error when saving 'Date of last payment per partner' date fields.
Control communication - documents >40 not visible [5033]
After uploading more than 40 documents, Jems would stop to show in the UI even though files were uploaded successfully and existing in database.

This update is free of any migration step, replacing jar is all it’s needed.
