Users with system privilege Accounts have access to top bar navigation Payments menu and can navigate to Accounts.
User roles with Edit right have the privilege to add corrections to Accounts in the Corrections tab and close Accounts in the Close accounts tab.
User roles with View right have the privilege to see Accounts and all data contained.
