We provide a (partial) automation in Jems, potentially via export and SFC upload. Anyway, there should be a human validation step before submission (the same applies to SFC – since these are “official” data, programmes should be able to check them beforehand). |

Yes. For exchange of data with an external payment system, an API can be used. |

Do many programmes have an external flow to manage payments? |
It is known that some programmes have previously connected their MS with other systems. If you go for such a scenario, please make sure you allocate enough IT resources to the adaptation of the system, and possible maintenance of the link. |

Is it possible to limit the access of a user profile to a certain set of data via the REST API? |
The access/permission of a user (role) in Jems is the same as the REST API. All user limitations in the web app are reflected as limitations in the API. |
