• Output and result indicators: A target value of 0 is allowed since V10. As a result, conditions for mandatory target values for outputs and results were removed from application form pre-submission check plugin.

• Partner report identification: State aid scheme is shown in Overview

• Project report, Financial overview, Project expenditure summary: data in Previously verified column was made available for export

• Application form: Maximum number of Associated partners increased from 30 to 50

• Eligibility and quality assessment: Explanatory notes maximum field size increased from 1.000 to 10.000 characters

• Partner report:

  • Maximum number of Public procurements increased from 30 to 200

  • Expenditure list: Maximum number of items increased from 150 to 260

• Control communication, Verification communication and Audit/Control: Restriction of maximum 40 files 40 files uploaded has been removed

• Regular payments: maximum number of installments increased from 5 to 25
