Release notes V11.0.3

This new version comes after the finding of 1 important issue:

• Not possible to delete ‘Associated organizations’ in section: AF→ (B) Project Partners

  • When application is still not approved/contracted.

Update from original V11 release is as simple as to replace jems-server.jar
