Partner report export

In this section a plugin placeholder is present where programmes can develop their own exports for the partner report. Programmes are recommended to share plugins amongst each other so that they can be used.

There are two variables which are the input and system language. Plugins can therefore use multiple languages if needed.

Jems comes with 2 plugins for Partner report exports

Global Partner List of Expenditure

This plugin exports all List of Expenditures of all Partner reports created for the specific Project Partner including also the additional columns from the Expenditure verification table in control work section and the additional columns from the Expenditure verification in verification work section.

The plugin reacts to the Export language and Input language parameters and uses corresponding translation files uploaded in the Programme setup Translation management or in the corresponding Call configuration Translations.

Anyone having access to the Report export section can run this export, however, the plugin reacts to the GDPR restrictions of different users, hiding the content of the fields “Description” and “Comments”.

Please be aware that this export will show

• all deductions and comments from the controller for cost items with report status certified

• all deductions and comments from JS/MA for cost items with report status verified

In case those elements shall not be made visible to beneficiaries (and/or controllers), please disable this plugin when installing Jems
